It was such a hectic day in the office and I had to leave early for the interview. I was so pissed with my colleagues today. 1. Mr. A had to have me in every call he made with clients. Grrrr! He could easily answer clients' queries but no, CS must be there. 2. Ms. B & Mr. C both refused or pretended that they never receive any emails from me - When they both were asked about an incident. 3. Mrs D that should have retired but made a snotty remark that why should she be acting as a Department Head when she is getting NIL increment. She said that right to my face when she knew too well that I got my increment. 4. My team members that kept calling my name when I was in a call with Mr. A! 5. Mr. C (Note that he was mentioned in point number 2) could not even bother handling our VVIP client's instructions and to make matter worst, did not pass the details to my team members for action! Double Grrrrrr!!!

My mind was really in a mess when I had to leave at 5 p.m. today. I reached the place 15 minutes early. She brought me to a pantry and served me drink. We sat down and she told me the background of the department. I told her what my role is in big c and my aspiration. We then both agreed that the opening position that she has at the moment will not suit me. I do not feel down and I know for sure I have made a new connection with someone in the same industry as me :) She is a nice and cool woman :)

One thing for sure, I did not screw up the 'chat' and I did present myself pretty well. She made few remarks how important my role is currently and how it takes to find someone that is best suit for it (That's me!).

God! I just can not imagine myself walking back into the office tomorrow after what had happened today. Hope it will goes well, man! Come on! Its Friday, for crying out loud! :)
